I don't really share much of what I do outside of the gram, but I've been back on the workout grind since January (you bet I did @kayla_itsines'#BBG#sweat12wc and boy was it killer ). As 3 months passed, and so quickly I might add, I've now transitioned to @kelseywells'#PWR program and I'm loving it so far! Weight lifting is something that I find works really well for me.
Now that #itswednesdaymydudes, I wanted to share some #humpdaymotivation and say that you have the potential to defy the limitations you believe you have. You just need to try. And trust me, it's astounding to see how far you can really push yourself if you believe you can do it. #fitfam
All I want is to soak up the sun, care-free. Instead, I have a date with my bed, soup, and hot tea. Being sick is never fun. It's also a reminder that everyone needs a break sometimes. It's important to rest and take it easy. You can't always go, go, go. It's unrealistic and harmful to your body.
I've been working 10-12 hour shifts at my day job, just to get home and work several hours more on other businesses. Sleep has dwindled to getting 3-4 hours, if I'm lucky. Stress has piled up through the roof and my health seems to have taken a sharp turn.
Sending love and hugs to anyone out there that needs a much needed break and refuses to take it. Just do it, unplug and reap the benefits. You'll feel 10x better and stronger afterward. Don't wait until you break, like I did. The fall is way harder, and unnecessary.
